Alice Cooper drummer Glen Sobel — who has previously played with Sixx: A.M, Impelitteri, Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell and Beautifull Creatures — spoke to U.K.’s Rhythm magazine about his equipment and setup while on a tour stop in Birmingham, England on October 27, 2011. Glen gives a rundown of his setup configuration, cymbals, drum heads, sticks and why he chose those particular items for the tour. Check out the clip below.
In addition to Sobel, Cooper’s live band features longtime bassist Chuck Garric (L.A. guns, Dio), and the three-pronged guitar assault of Steve Hunter [David Lee Roth, Meat Loaf], Tommy Henriksen [Warlock, Pol], and Orianthi [Michael Jackson].
The No More Mr. Nice Guy tour is slated to run through mid-December.
